Menominee Has No 72-Hour Feed
No separate official 72-hour Menominee County release page was found as of July 24, 2026. The Sheriff’s site also has no current roster archive to filter backward for three days. There is no official feed URL, field list, photo flag, refresh schedule, or online retention window to report. No official Sheriff release app or gallery was found either.
The absence is important because a three-day inquiry should not be built from an unknown commercial mirror. The county’s documented channels are the jail page and telephone, Michigan VINELink, court records, and county FOIA. Each serves a different role.
The official page supports a verification workflow, not a public list of everyone released over the past three days.
Check Menominee County’s Three-Day Window
Define the period before contacting an office. Use exact beginning and ending timestamps, including Central Time, rather than the vague phrase “the last few days.” The wider span is best for a known person or a request for an existing release log.

FOIA asks for records that already exist. It does not force Menominee County to compile a new three-day report if no report is maintained.
Menominee Weekend Release Timing
A 72-hour span can cross evenings, weekends, and a holiday closure, while a one-day query may begin too late. The jail says correctional staff are available by telephone 24 hours, but its administrative hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central. Those administrative hours are not a published release schedule.
Menominee County publishes no promise that a person will leave at a set time or that a court or VINE update will appear in the same calendar day. A bond order may precede jail discharge, and an agency status may lag behind a completed movement. A window should therefore be based on the actual jail timestamp when available.

The county states an initial response is made within five business days after receipt, with one extension of not more than ten business days. That response period should not be confused with the three-day release window or a promise of immediate production.
Menominee County Roster Archive Gap
The county’s website does not keep a public roster archive or rolling release view. An older cached page, copied photo, or third-party row may omit a transfer or show the date of booking instead of release. It may also remain online after the government source no longer displays the record.
Use a copied listing only as a clue for spelling or an identifier. Confirm the event through county-linked VINE, the jail telephone, the court file, and the agency record. A negative result is not proof that the person was never held or that a release took place.
When VINE reports released or not in custody, compare the agency and update time. Then ask the jail whether county control ended in the community or through transfer. That distinction is more useful than a bare list row.
Three Days Across Custody Systems
Menominee County Jail records a county custody episode. A person sentenced to state prison leaves the jail by transfer, not by community release. In that case, MDOC OTIS becomes the proper state source. OTIS can distinguish prison, parole, probation, absconder, and discharged statuses, but it does not cover every county-jail-only stay.

Menominee Courts in a 72-Hour Check
The court trail can span two Menominee courts. The 95A District Court conducts adult arraignments, sets bail, accepts bonds, handles misdemeanors, and manages preliminary felony stages. Menominee County expressly directs users to VINE for release, transfer, and escape status changes. Registration is available online or at 800-770-7657. The service is well suited to tracking one person across the three-day period, but a status search without completed registration may not create an alert.
Match the person and agency, choose the offered delivery method, and complete the PIN or confirmation step. When an alert arrives, note its timestamp and wording. Then call the jail when the distinction between release and transfer is not clear. The alert is a discovery and notification record, not a countywide three-day report.
